Your Designated Driver
Regular Phone-in Service
We will dispatch a vehicle with two drivers. One driver will drive the customer (and their
guests) in his/her own vehicle to whatever destination they choose. They other driver will follow; keeping track
of the distance traveled and pick up their partner at the end of the trip. The cost is a few dollars more than a one-way
cab fare. (Cost averages $5.00 - $7.00
more than a one way cab fare). Rate
examples: 2 kilometres $17.35, 5 kilometres $22.33, 10 kilometres $30.08 (rates
may differ between locations). Charge
increases every 2/10 of a kilometre. Our
hours of operation are: 4:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. Sunday through Saturday, year
round. Service outside of these hours
must be pre-arranged.
Average service time is within 20 –
30 minutes; however, if looking to be picked up between 11:00 p.m. and 3:00
a.m., we suggest calling an hour in advance of the time you wish the
service. Dispatch will advise the
approximate time they can expect the service to arrive.
Pre-arranged Time Calls
When a customer requests pick-up at
a specified time, a pre-paid deposit of $50.00 + G.S.T. is required to confirm
this service. The entire $50.00 + G.S.T.
is applied to the trip charge. If the
time is altered after booking or the customer is not ready to go at the
specified time, the $50.00 + G.S.T. is forfeited. For pick-up outside the city limits, a $70.00
+ G.S.T. deposit is required. The same
terms apply. For larger functions we
provide forms for pre-arranged time calls which are completed and returned via
mail, fax or e-mail with the appropriate deposit.
Exclusive Use
Vehicles are placed at your function
at a pre-determined time (minimum charge – 2 hours, e.g. midnight – 2
a.m.). These vehicles will service the
customers that are designated by you.
Upon completion of a trip they will return directly to service the next
customer. The rate for this service is
$99.00 + G.S.T. + 15% gratuity per hour per exclusive vehicle requested. This price includes the cost of the trips taken
in that time span. Exclusive Use
requires pre-booking. For functions outside
a specified geographical area they may be a travel time charge to and from the
location.
Exclusive Driver (Chauffeur)
We supply a driver exclusively to
you with no chase vehicle required. You
and your guests will be chauffeured in your own vehicle to any and all
locations you desire. Our driver will
wait at each location to transport you to your next destination (minimum charge
– 2 hours). Upon completion of this
service our driver will return your vehicle to the original pick-up point. The rate for this service is $60.00 + G.S.T.
per hour per exclusive driver requested.

Medical Service
At Keys Please® we have the
experience and the competence to handle your medical transportation needs. After day surgery it is sometimes difficult
to secure safe, dependable transportation.
Call Keys Please® and pre-arrange your service requirements. Our trained professional drivers will see
that you arrive home in the comfort of your own vehicle. Regular service rates apply. This service requires pre-booking.
Vehicle Shuttling

Valet Parking
Having a function that requires
vehicle parking of your guests vehicles?
Call Keys Please® and pre-arrange for our professionals to supply this
service. The rate for this service is
$60.00 + G.S.T. per hour per person (minimum charge – 2 hours). This service requires pre-booking.
During Christmas and New Years’, we
suggest that if you are planning a function to pre-book as soon as possible.
We will supply, at no cost to you,
tent cards, posters, information brochures and business cards.
