1. How does this service work?

When you call for the service, a customer service representative will ask for your phone number, name, where you need to be picked up and your destination address. The closest cleared unit will be dispatched to you all units are manned with two drivers. One driver will drive you and your guests in your vehicle to your desired destination. Our other driver follows to pick up his/her partner at the end of the trip. No customers are allowed in the chase vehicle due to liability.

Your vehicle is insured through your insurance policy. In Canada dual insurance is not available and is also illegal. There is no policy available in Canada. If you have been informed there is, you have been misled.
