Keys Please^® The Driving Alternative^® offers selected territories under an area development agreement.  The contract details the minimum number of locations to be opened by the Area Development Representative within a specified time frame.  Qualified Area Development Representatives pay an area development fee which entitles them to an exclusive territory for a defined period of time.  The Area Development Representative is not required to own a Keys Please^® The Driving Alternative^® location.  All perspective Area Development Representatives must first qualify.

• To train and provide on-going assistance to franchisees in their exclusive territory
